Our hard roller bend tempering exclusively adopts the upper press roller and the lower drive roller synchronous power, arc changing process synchronous technology, to ensure the curved glass smooth and accurate without indentation; The 90 mm small roll spacing solves the phenomenon of straight section at both ends of the curved tempered glass arc. The air hole adopts narrow aluminum profile, and the gap between the roller and the air nozzle is large, which is conducive to cooling and exhaust air; A fine-tuning mechanism is designed for the arc adjusting sliding block of leeward grille, which is convenient to compensate the arc changing error and make the arc adjusting of leeward grille more accurate. Downwind grille roller table is changed to detachable structure for easy maintenance; The upper press roller is designed to drive the chain meshing wheel, which is not easy to slip. The orientation of the wind nozzle is controlled by the adjustable stroke cylinder, and the adjustment is more accurate and convenient. A set of scales is specially designed to observe the relationship between the position of the sliding block and the radian radius.
